Signature Originals
Once you've selected a Seth B. Minkin original, we’ll secure payment and connect with you promptly to confirm delivery details. Here’s how we ensure a smooth and tailored experience:
- Local Deliveries (Greater New England Area): For a nominal fee, we offer white-glove in-home delivery and setup, ensuring your artwork is placed with precision and care.
- National & International Deliveries: Your painting will be expertly packaged and crated by specialized art transportation professionals. We partner with trusted art crating services to guarantee safe and secure delivery to any location worldwide.
Upon safe arrival and your confirmation of receipt, we will coordinate the collection of any remaining shipping and handling fees, as well as applicable taxes.
Please note that all sales of Signature Originals are final. However, should your artwork arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Limited Edition Prints
Our Limited Edition Prints are custom-created and handled with care to ensure a premium experience:
- Once printed (typically within 7 business days), Seth will personally sign and number your print.
- Prints are shipped in heavy-duty tubes to protect them during transit.
- We can ship your print either directly to you or to your preferred framer, making it easy to customize the framing to suit your décor.
Giclée on Canvas Prints
Our Giclée on Canvas Prints are designed to deliver exceptional quality and flexibility:
- Unframed Prints: Ship within 7 business days.
- Framed Prints (with High-Quality Floating Frames): Please allow up to 14 business days for the framing process and delivery.
Additional Information
- Damages or Defects: If any item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will provide a prompt solution.
